The No Renovation locations need peace and quiet, for otherwise they can bring losses, calamities and other problems.

No Renovation areas in 2019 are:

SOUTHWEST 
WEST
NW3
SE3

As it was mentioned in previous posts, Southwest is the seat of notorious Star 5, hence, this area is not favorable for reconstruction or renovation in 2019. If you have to include in you renovation plan, then start with this location in January 2019 - or continue from February 2020.

West is the seat of San Sha, so it is also unsuitable for reconstruction/renovation, as NW3 (Tai Sui) and SE3 (Sui Po). However, you are encouraged to use SE3 directions, because it can strengthen you, as it can help your authority...
